Lessons for All
Ages & Skill Levels

We teach with a holistic approach from the ground up. Liberty work and ground work are as important as riding. We will design a program with you to fit your needs.

We would love to work with you on your own horse as well. Horses are available for lease on site for an additional day(s) of ground work and/or riding.

Riding lessons are designed for all ages and backgrounds to learn horse riding skills, build confidence and have fun with horses! We offer English riding lessons, emphasizing dressage with natural horsemanship skills. Our lessons are geared for beginner to advanced. We do dressage, jumping, and trail riding. Our lessons are personalized for your abilities and interest.

“…SO calm and gentle and encouraging. Thank you for giving her this first REAL horseback riding adventure. This was just a superb experience.”

–Nora Parker, mother of Claire, 8, and Gracie, 3

MINI LESSONS

Mini Lessons are especially good for young beginning riders!

Our mini-lesson program is a great way to introduce horseback riding to everyone, for those ages 2-7 who have outgrown circle pony rides.  This is a hand guided lesson for 20-35 minutes (depending on the child’s confidence and interest) in our arena for a comfortable and safe start, then on beautiful trails that include pastures and wooded areas as the rider builds confidence.  Each lesson is individually geared towards building confidence, safety & a sense of comfort around horses for those who are uncomfortable around horses.

These lessons are great for 2-7 year-old riders. There is also the opportunity for grooming and parent participation as well.

By reservation only, available 7 days a week, based upon rider-teacher match.  Please call us in advance to reserve your spot.
